We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads from various channels, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and third-party platforms. Your main objective will be to evaluate lead quality, engage with potential customers, and schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team.
Requirements
Education: University degree preferred OR relevant experience in a similar role and industry
Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, or business development
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close). Analytical with attention to detail. Capable of working independently and in a team.
Attributes: Goal-oriented and driven. Resilient with the ability to handle rejection. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
