Location: Alameda, CA - ONSITE

This group oversees the complaints department, analyzes complaint data, looks for complaint trends, oversees CAPA's, and oversees the quality of the overall complaint gathering / analyzing process.

This person must have a quality background in a medical device environment Must have at least two years in quality related work preferably five years

Must have five years total experience

Complaints experience preferred / not required

Must have a bachelors degree prefer in science or engineering

What stands out on a resume: continuous improvement initiatives, kaizen, CAPA, six sigma

Open to non-local willing to move to the area at their own expense

B.S. in Science or Engineering and 2+years exp within medical device working with CAPAs.
