Your impact:

• In this position, you will join the product team of Amity Solution AI Platform, our fastest-growing product powered by generative AI. Amity Solution AI Platform is a centerpiece that enables enterprises to leverage generative AI technology. We provide businesses with a solution to build their own generative AI quickly, with no code
  

• We love making things work for our customer - however there will be time where we need to negotiate and find the best win-win alternatives that would allow us to overcome obstacles.
• We emphasize research, collaboration, proper technical design over plain coding - we believe high-quality systems start from a proper preparation and thorough architectural design.
• We love ideation, brainstorming, but not fighting.
• We do love new technologies, we love to try them but the most important is the suitability of those technologies with our development.

Your team:

• Our team's goal is to design and develop products that add value to our clients. We foster innovative solutions that push the limit of our product and be the lead in the industry.
• Our leadership team, who will coach you, consists of our Group CTO and CTO, who certifies AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional certification - and our Project Advisor - who has more than 20 years of enterprise project management experience.
• Our product team runs on a sprint base (2 weeks per sprint) following agile methodology.
  
  

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Design solution architecture to solve the customer’s requirements based on ASAP product suites and other external technology stack
• Coordinate with product manager, client-facing units and clients throughout the development process, especially to understand product requirements
• Work with the implementation team to deploy the product for clients
• Research and enable yourself on new technology that suits customer requirement

Your ideal profile:

• At least 2 years of programming experience on Backend/Cloud services, SaaS such as NodeJS, AWS, Azure, LLM (nice-to-have).
• At least 2 years of programming experience in Javascript (mandatory), Typescript (mandatory), Python (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, etc.
• Ability to explain complex information in simple terms to a non-techie

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail
• Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both English and Thai
