To ensure that industrial relations is maintained well at all levels as per the legal standards
To organize the training activities effectively in order to develop competent workforce.
To maintain good liaison and coordination with all Govt. departments like Factory Inspectorate, Labour department, etc
To be responsible for workmen Competency mapping and conducting suitable training.
To be responsible for development and certification of Zero defect operators
Work like a bridge between the management and employees. Address and resolve employee issues and grievances with utmost priority.
Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Handling Statutory Compliance.
Communication, Networking & Co-operation with various regulatory and Government authorities for compliance.
Handling all the forms and formalities related to ESIC, PF, Professional Tax, Gratuity and other statutory issues.
Co-ordination between Labor department and vendor
Responsible for Employees' PF Withdrawal & Transfer forms.
Employee grievances, documentation of reports, maintaining database.
Responsible for Employees ESIC Claim and filling proper form in the system.
Maintaining proper database related to all the compliance documents.
Keeping abreast with latest amendments in labor laws.
