From day-to-day, you'll...
- Work closely with Senior or Assistant CRM Manager, Brand, Sales and Digital teams to plan, develop and execute CRM strategy and customer roadmap to acquire, grow and nurture customers;
- Be Creative, advice on elevating customer journey and engagement strategy, ensure smooth customer journey within Vita Green;
- Personalized communication and offer by working with Marketing team to build compelling message and content, set up customer journey with Marketing Automation tools;
- Define campaign performance metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights;
- Monitor, analyze and optimize brand and campaign performance, dig out insights for driving performance uplift;
- Maintain a joint campaign calendar across multiple brands and optimize for campaign synergies and ensure it is aligned with the corporate level contact strategy;
Requirements
You'll be a great talent, if you are…
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 3 years working experience in CRM field, preferably in Retail / FMCG industry, less experience will be considered as a CRM Executive;
- With proven record in implementing CRM program, campaign management and customer lifecycle management;
- Experience working with external agency, e.g. Creative agency and external vendor;
- Customer Centric mindset;
- Strong data analytic skills, capable of interpreting ad performance data and providing improvement recommendations;
- Proactive, detail minded and able to work independently in the fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and presentation skills to all level of stakeholders;
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output
