Title: Program Manager

Experience: 14-16 years

Job Location: India (Remote)

 

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

You are the central hub to connect, facilitate  and deliver the Patient support programs to our customers

You actively drive process improvements across multiple functions within the team

Provide hands on program management during discovery, design, development, testing, production and post production activities

Build and maintain timelines, project plans, risk register and communication to team members and executive leadership

Reduce risk by diligently tracking dependencies and highlighting risks and impediments for resolution

Partner with Engineering , QA and Product leads in facilitation of the development of strategic technical projects

Schedule  and lead  regular scrum of scrums/ cross functional meetings  and also determine the metrics upon which the program will be evaluated

You are able to manage conflict professionally with a strong “can do” attitude and empathetic attitude

Provide input on system architecture and drive alignment

 

Requirements

BS/MS in Engineering in Computer Science or related discipline with hands on Program Management experience

At least 10 years leading planning, sprint management,  project lifecycle and workflows in a dynamic regulated product or engineering organization

Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with sufficient level of technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineers, quality engineers and identify technical risks

Ability to work independently and communicate across multiple time zones

Excellent organizational, emotional intelligence and experience tracking and managing activities across multiple teams

Consistent track record of delivering complex technical projects and programs with multi-functional teams

Proficient  in Mobile App, web app and platform development process .

 

Proficient in JIRA and provide reports and drive process improvements to provide insights using JIRA

 

Way to stand out from the crowd

Proficient in GCP cloud offering

Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change

JIRA administrator experience highly appreciated
