About Roivant Sciences

Roivant’s mission is to systematically reduce the time, cost, and risk of delivering new medicines to market by accelerating the development of promising drug candidates to improve the lives of patients and their families. Since its inception in 2014, Roivant has achieved the following critical milestones in support of its vision: built over 20 portfolio companies (Vants); 5 successful IPOs; 10 consecutive positive phase 3 trials; 6 FDA approvals; >10$B in global pharma partnerships and proceeds; expanding pipeline of assets across various modalities and therapeutic areas; successful commercial launch of VTAMA®, (tapinarof) cream, 1%, for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults.  Building upon this track record of establishing a robust pipeline through in-licensing and acquisition of novel assets and technology platforms, Roivant is currently building new capabilities in drug discovery and expanding upon existing development disciplines to become the leading tech-enabled pharmaceutical company.

About the Rotational Analyst Program

Our two-year Rotational Analyst Program begins in July 2025. It offers recent college graduates the opportunity to complete four (4) six-month rotations across different teams and functions, including our portfolio of Vants. The aim of this program is to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating the development of talent. From day one, analysts will own projects and have opportunities to make a meaningful impact on Roivant’s innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare technology companies. Team placements are made based on business need and analyst skillset. Now in its seventh year, Rotational Analysts have been given demanding roles in diverse areas including asset evaluation, deal negotiation, financial modeling, clinical trial management, and new company formation.

Sample Projects Include:

  • Investments: Evaluating in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life changing medicines
  • Research and Development: Performing literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants
  • Vants: Developing strategies for patient advocacy and clinical trial recruitment
  • Roivant Health: Conducting market research to identify early-stage investment opportunities in healthcare technology
  • Strategic Finance: Creating an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readout

Each year, graduates of our Rotational Analyst Program pursue exciting opportunities as full-time employees at Roivant or our Vants. Beyond the Roivant portfolio, RAs have gone on to pursue higher education at top universities.

Roivant was recently recognized by Fast Company as a Best Workplace for Innovators and the Rotational Analyst Program was identified as a standout among Science and Technology firms.
