Engineering Technicians at Key Tech work as part of a close-knit team in which you will directly contribute to every aspect of the design process including research, development, prototyping, testing, data collection, and quality control. Technicians will strive to be the main project lead on fabrication and assembly of electrical and mechanical systems, wiring harness creation, build optimization, printed circuit board assembly, and rework. In addition to this, they will be the lead company experts on fabrication tools, such as 3D printers, laser cutter, mill, and drill press. The Engineering Technician will be responsible for meeting any reasonable design deadlines assigned by an appropriate Project Manager and/or Supervisor. In addition to technical work, as a small company Engineering Technician you will also perform facilities maintenance to ensure the office is in good working order. This will be accomplished by performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as directed by the Facilities Manager. Do real high-tech technical work in the medical field with great people.
