CW Project Coordinator III

Duties:

• This role will be part of the Business Strategy and Operations Team as a Program Coordinator where you will help us drive results for Client site priorities.
• As an integral part of the Strategy and Operations Team, you will: Program manage end-to-end process of CSR Program & strategy.
• Cater to Girl Child Scholarship program of 1500 (and increasing) underprivileged students
• Manage the different program goals under CSR -like mentorship program, laptop donation, upskilling initiative
• Create advocates for the program and grow the mentorship community
• Set up meetings, document actions, MOM & follow up for closure for all the program related tasks
• Partner for event planning for internal/external events
• Create decks pertaining to CSR & other initiatives for reviews, planning presentations, Leadership visits etc
• Execution of Partnerships, Participation in Surveys, Awards & Leadership connect, etc. Vendor sourcing, empanelment, negotiations, PR/ PO Creation.
• Work closely with the Scholarship Partners & NGOs, relationship management with all NGO partners
• Partner with a cross functional team/external agency to manage program content and brand & design assets (internal and external) through the program lifecycle, across formats - blog posts, videos, emailers, newsletters & presentations
• You will drive regular planning operating mechanisms, including quarterly planning rhythms, and operate monthly planning phases Create Share Outs, Invites & Emails for all CSR events and activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with communicating concisely to an executive audience
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional environment Contribute to different site priorities programs as well.
• Partner for event planning/execution- Required to partner for sitewide & Strategy team events Extend logistics support to all Ecosystem related programs like - Technically Speaking & Tech Reputation

Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a project manager/ community manager/related profession in the tech ecosystem
