Your work will be essential in ensuring that revenue-related functions operate efficiently and align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support
- Serve as the primary operational support for teams like Sales, Member Success, and Programs, acting as a resource for optimizing tools and processes to align with revenue goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure systems and processes are responsive to evolving business needs, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
- Proactively gather feedback from teams to understand their operational needs and challenges, translating these into actionable insights and process improvements.

• System and Tool Management
- Support the management of CRM and other operational tools, focusing on configuration, data flow, and user training to enhance team efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives and ensure proper integration of tools used across revenue teams, optimizing the tech stack for performance and scalability.
- Monitor system usage and recommend enhancements to increase productivity and streamline processes across revenue operations.

• Growth and Revenue Enablement
- Partner with revenue-generating teams to develop strategies that support growth initiatives, such as new member acquisition, client retention, and community engagement.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new methods to increase efficiency and productivity within revenue operations, leveraging industry best practices.
- Align revenue operations processes with business goals, contributing to a foundation for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable with testing, iterating, and adapting.
• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a high-growth company, ideally within healthcare or SaaS.
• 3+ years experience in management or implementation consulting.
• Strong systems inclination and proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly, Stripe).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
• Experience designing cross-functional workflows, particularly for event or program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
