Pilates Instructor | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

<p>We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced female Pilates instructor to join a dynamic pilates &amp; yoga studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. <br><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>The package:</strong></p><p>- Basic Salary tax free $3500 based on qualifications</p><p>- 20% commission on PT classes</p><p>- Accommodation allowance</p><p>- Transportation allowance</p><p>- Recruitment and holiday flights</p><p>- 30 calendar days paid vacation</p><p>- Health and medical insurance plan</p><p>- Commission on all private/group sessions outside working hours (upon trainer’s</p><p>approval to work during that time)</p><p>- Incentive plan<br> </p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><p>- Full time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.</p><p>- Conduct Pilates classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.</p><p>- Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.</p><p>- Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.</p><p>- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.</p><p>- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.</p><p>- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.<br></p><ul> </ul><p> </p><h3>Requirements:</h3><p>- A Pilates certification from a recognized institute in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.</p><p>- At least 3 years of teaching experience.</p><p>- Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology.</p><p>- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.</p><p>- Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations.</p><p>- Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p><p>- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.</p><p>- A Barre certificate is a plus (not required)</p><p><br></p> •
