Setting sales goals</p><p>2. Create sales plan to achieve defined targets</p><p>3. Provide team training</p><p>4. Motivate sales team</p><p>5. Recruiting and hiring</p><p>6. Align sales with daily operations of the gym</p><p>7. Build costumer relationship and understand costumer needs</p><p>8. Customer service management</p><p>9. Set up daily/weekly/monthly goals</p><p>10. Feedback and action plan on sales team</p><p>11. Reports to be shared with club manager</p><p>12.
