Job Title: - Payment Processor (1912192720)
Location: Remote position, but MUST be local to Bismarck, ND as there will be onsite training.
Duration: -5 months plus possible extension
Pay Rate: $18.20/hr. on w2
Interviews: 1st will be over the phone. 2nd will be in person.
Job Description:

Build Payment Process Request (PPR) in Oracle for a global company using Oracle Accounts Payable R12 for suppliers and employees (travel reimbursement)
We would like to have Oracle R12 payment processing experience but will also take as a secondary, individuals who have performed payment processing in other applications and understand the process.
Process all supplier and employee payments – travel reimbursement via EFT, check and wire transfers.
Responsible to research and reconcile bank statements and payment issues.
Communicate with banks and internal customers on a global basis.

Responsible for:

Providing support to Bismarck payment team and Client Finance teams

Ability to follow a defined work schedule – payments processed by country on specific days
Ability to work under pressure

Strong multi-tasking skills with accuracy and attention to detail in work
MS Office suite proficiency - Word, Excel and Outlook
Need to know how to use Google Translate

Job requires a candidate that produces accurate work with extreme attention to detail.
The candidate must be reliable and have an excellent attendance history.
Working knowledge of MS office
The ability to work through language barriers is preferred - need to know how to use Google Translate. If you find someone who is bi-lingual, that's a BIG plus, but certainly not required. If they have a 2nd language, we can use any Romance or Asia languages.
