Our client, a leading Atlanta based Corporation, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing & Contract Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lease contracts, invoicing, and assisting with accounts payable. This role is essential to ensuring the billing and contract processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and set up new leasing contracts
Invoice clients daily for leases and manage invoicing schedules
Solicit meter reads and other necessary data where information is missing
Assist with processing accounts payable invoices and payments
Maintain clear and accurate records of financial transactions related to leasing and contracts

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in accounting for leases and/or contracts is a plus
