Position Overview

Intelassist is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This part-time, remote position is designed for professionals who are passionate about driving business growth through strategic client acquisition. The role offers flexible compensation options, including commission-based and hourly-based structures.

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding Intelassist's client base by identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact the continued success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to bring in new clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Track and report on sales activities, results, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Must be located within the United States.
  • Proven experience in sales, cold-calling, emailing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable with remote work and has a reliable internet connection.

Compensation:

We offer two compensation options to suit different working preferences:

  • Commission-Based: This structure rewards your success in securing full-time employees, with earnings directly correlated to the number of positions filled. The more successful hires you bring in, the higher your potential income.
  • Hourly-Based: Tailored for part-time professionals, this option provides an hourly rate determined by performance against a comprehensive scorecard, ideal for those seeking supplemental income.

Both compensation models include reimbursement for reasonable expenses related to prospect engagement and conversion, such as business meals, print collateral, travel, and other relevant costs.
