The role

Bring your negotiation skills to the table. Champion the final execution of our Media Plans - work across different disciplines including client, strategy, media and SBUs to deliver high-quality solutions for the client.

Manage a team of skilled Partnerships Traders and Executives, identify partnership opportunities and foster strong relationships with agency partners.

What will your day look like?

  • Guiding your clients on marketplace trend and translating insights into action with the support of your team
  • Proactively learn clients, briefs and the market to add value to the business
  • Accurate execution of client fees/charges and contribute to new business activities of the agency
  • Work in collaboration with the Creative Connections teams to faciliate ideation sessions
  • Drive day-to-day negotiations across paid and non-paid channels
  • Produce creative and effective media plans

Who you are

  • You have an established knowledge of owned, earned, shared and paid connections solutions
  • You are experienced in optimisation tools, analysing data and performance
  • High levels of communication skills and a drive for strong and reliable media relationships
  • Excellent negotiator with an understanding of how to evaluate and identify value for clients and the business
  • Provide accurate Connections Plans and Recommendations for the client
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
