Program Manager - M365

• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects/programs to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• M365 Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with M365 tools and services, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, PowerBI, and Office Suite, to provide recommendations on best practices, architecture, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, vendors, and technical teams, to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Bring a strategic perspective to conversations and translate business demands into technical solutions that are enterprise impacting.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project/program delivery, escalate critical issues to appropriate leadership for timely resolution.
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors, to ensure they are aligned with project objectives, performing according to expectations, and meeting deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide strategic input on process improvements and recommend ways to optimize technology solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing M365 projects/programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple demands at the same time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in risk management, resource management, and budget management.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business demands into technical solutions that are enterprise impacting.
• Experience in Agile methodology and PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
