<p>We are a global <strong>leader</strong> in <strong>Lead generation</strong> and we power the growth of 200 clients <strong>across 15 countries in Europe &amp; North America.</strong></p><p>Dolead runs paid <strong>marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer <strong>data</strong> with confidence and generates <strong>sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.</p><p>We’re looking to add a <strong>Business Development Representative</strong> to our team to support our growth in the North American market : you will be responsible for generating new leads and setting appointments for our Account Executive team.</p><p><strong>This role is based in South or Central America</strong><strong> - full remote </strong></p><p><strong>Freelance / Contractor role </strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Freelance rate : 1 500$/month base + incentive<br></strong></p><p><strong>Your missions:</strong></p><ul><li>Generate new leads through a variety of channels, including email, LinkedIn, video, cold calling, and more.</li><li>Qualify leads and determine their interest in Dolead's products and services.</li><li>Set appointments for the Account Executive team.</li><li>Track and report on outbound activities.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Learn the Sales process</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>1 - 2 years of successful experience in a sales or business development role</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Proficient in the use of CRM software, such as HubSpot.</li><li>A passion for sales and result-oriented</li></ul><p><strong>What you will find at Dolead:</strong></p><ul><li>Fun and collaborative work environment</li><li>Competitive rate &amp; incentive system </li><li>Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.</li><li>Fully Remote role</li></ul><p><strong>Interview Process:</strong></p><ol><li>Apply</li><li>Survey (8 questions) + add a 1-2 min video of why you are the right fit</li><li>Interview with Sebastian (Account Executive) &amp; Alvaro (BDR) - 30 mins</li><li>Final interview with Matt (Head of Sales) - 30 mins</li><li>Offer</li></ol><p><strong>Please provide your application (resume / LinkedIn profile / cover letter in English)</strong></p><p>If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity !</p> •
