Dolead runs paid <strong>marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer <strong>data</strong> with confidence and generates <strong>sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.</p><p>We're looking for an <strong>FP&amp;A Analyst</strong> to join our dynamic Paris office - You will play a key role in the Finance department, working closely with the <strong>CFO </strong>and the <strong>Senior Leadership</strong> team!</p><p><strong>This is a permanent position - based in Paris - <em>2 days/week at the office</em></strong></p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><p>• <strong>Financial Reporting</strong>: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, includingbalance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide valuable insights to helpSenior Management in decision-making.</p><p>• <strong>Budget Management</strong>: Collaborate with Department Heads across the organization to establish and manage budgets, providing timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and company objectives.</p><p>• <strong>Financial Analysis</strong>: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis,and profitability assessments. Offer insights to support strategic decision-making and optimizethe financial performance of our <strong>series B</strong> stage Group.</p><p>• <strong>Internal Controls</strong>: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company'sassets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.</p><p>• <strong>Process Enhancement</strong>: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes,systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our rapidly growing operations.</p><p>• <strong>Audit Support</strong>: Support external audits, liaising with auditors and addressing audit findingspromptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with international standards.</p><p>• <strong>Strategic Advisory</strong>: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to offer financial insights and guidance onbusiness strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.</p><p><strong>Working environment :</strong></p><ul><li>Profitable Series B stage Group</li><li>International environment with clients across Europe &amp; North America - multicultural teams</li><li>Financial scope: 3 group companies (1 France based, 1 in the US and 1 in UK)</li><li>Company with highly automated &amp; paperless processes</li><li>You will work under the supervision of the CFO based in Paris</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong>:</p><ul><li>4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&amp;A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable.</li><li>Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus.</li><li>Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controlframeworks.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data intoactionable insights.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
