Process Engineer

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Process Engineer for our client in Hendersonville, NC.  This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity. Relocation will not be paid. 

The Process Engineer will work within a Metalizing Department, joining a team in a technical environment consisting of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SAP. The Process Engineer will be involved in the fine tuning of day-to-day processes, writing work instructions, training new employees on equipment and processes, and programming equipment.

Salary: $75K - $90K

Qualifications:

•    Experience in metalizing, plating and/or brazing. Experience with ceramics would be a plus.
•    Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering and experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
•    Previous CAD experience. SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD experience is preferred.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•    Ability to perform independently as well as collaborate in group setting.
•    Ability to effectively communicate with every level of the organization.

Additional Qualifications:

•    Six Sigma training and experience.
•    Familiarity working with RCCA.
