Job Description:
Prioritization of skillsets (1 : low, 4 and 4+ extremely important)
Process Engineering/Characterization: 4+
Design transfer to manufacturing. 3
Leading the development of manufacturing processes, verification and validation and design transfer to manufacturing. 4+
Provide inputs to product design team on DFA, DFM...etc. : 3-4
Provide inputs to product and design verification and validation plans.2
· Participate in DOE's and maintain records.4
· Liaison with vendors and suppliers of materials (plastics Thermoplastic and thermoset, Metals), tools and components.3
· Well versed with statistical analytical techniques and s/w tools like MATLAB (2), MINITAB (4)
· Participate/Lead in developing prototypes, process and equipment to support manufacturing.4+
· Process verification and validation including IQ, OQ and PQ: 4
· Compile documents to meet al Quality, regulatory, PLCP based SOP requirements. 4
· Past experience as a design engineer will be an added advantage. 1
· Project planning – resourcing, timelines, quality and budgets.2-3
