The impact of the role: 

As a Project Manager you will work closely with our client, based in the automotive industry, playing a crucial role in the driving of the strategy and execution of a Loyalty & Reward program, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, aligning the client’s strategic goals with technological advancements.

Requirements

On a given day, a Project Manager spends time in:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, and internal teams.
  • Understanding stakeholder needs and aligning project strategy with organizational objectives.
  • Co-creating program vision with client and internal teams.
  • Providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery commitment.
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to discuss ongoing development and address any roadblocks.
  • Managing expectations and facilitating communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Leading change management efforts.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to track progress and impact of initiatives.
  • Generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying project resource needs, including necessary team members, skills, and expertise, and aligning with corresponding stakeholders.
  • Championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or similar role. 
  • MS/BS degree in CS, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Transformation, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ability in interpreting data, analysing metrics and using insights to make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills & ability to communicate effectively across different levels. 
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Fluency in English is a must, as we are a multinational company.
  • Active contribution as a team player to collaborative efforts.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies, embracing an out of the box thinking approach.

Amazing if you have:

  • Strong understanding of the mobility/automotive industry, including market trends, competitive landscape and user behaviours.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or any similar certification.
  • Experience launching products in international markets.
