The impact of the role:

The Product Lead will be a critical team member of our organization responsible for leading our team of product experts, guiding the development and launch of digital products that meet clients’ needs and drive business growth.

On a given day, a Product Lead will:

• Oversee the development and management of a product and/or a portfolio of products. 
• Define the product strategy, craft the product vision, and ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
• Promote a shared vision by aligning and managing internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.
• Assess and set the objectives of the team, the structure, the processes and the tools needed for successful product design.
• Manage & guide Product Manager and Product Owner teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, creative problem solving, collaboration & communication.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure team & product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and ideation for new solutions contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading product teams working on technical products and digital solutions.
• A track record of successful product launches, managing all aspects of the product life cycle.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of business principles, including revenue models, cost management and financial metrics.
• Experience in developing and refining processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence &  Miro.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed, and multicultural teams.
