Workrise is looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that directly contribute to generating qualified pipeline and closed revenue.

What you’ll be doing:
- Demand Generation Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy that supports both short-term and long-term revenue objectives.
- Ensure the strategy aligns with company goals, integrating seamlessly with product launches, sales initiatives, and overall marketing objectives.
- Continuously refine and adapt the strategy using data-driven insights to effectively drive demand and support business growth.
- Sales Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and feedback.
- Align strategies and campaigns with sales goals to support lead generation and deal closure.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with sales stakeholders to gather insights, share campaign performance, and adjust tactics as needed for optimal results.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns leveraging tactics such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Write detailed creative briefs to guide the development of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand and product messaging, as well as campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine and optimize campaign performance.
- Optimize the website for conversion by improving user experience, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and form design.
- Manage relationships with paid media and SEO agencies, overseeing strategy development, execution, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Content Development to Support Demand Generation:
- Collaborate with product marketing to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and drives lead generation.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and supports overall marketing and demand generation objectives.
- Utilize content across various channels to engage prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at generating high-quality leads.
- Focus on capturing and nurturing prospects throughout the sales funnel to convert them into customers.
- Implement lead scoring systems and collaborate closely with sales teams to prioritize and follow up on leads effectively.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different demand generation channels.
- Monitor spending and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), adjusting strategies as needed to maximize the impact of marketing investments.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation roles within a B2B organization
- Proven track record of successfully executing demand generation strategies that resulted in measurable pipeline growth and closed revenue
- Experience managing external agencies
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, strategies, and results to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and evolving organization
- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators
Additional experience preferred but not required:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software (eg - Demandbase)
