The Position
League’s platform enables the ability for our customers to offer highly engaging and personalized health experiences to their users.
In this role you will work alongside our other platform teams, customer strategy, product marketing, growth and solution implementation teams to construct a vision – leveraging data and our platform services to provide meaningful experiences—while defining the long term strategy and executing on the roadmap. Ensuring they are maximizing the platform capabilities, aligning with our platform strategy and creating world class experiences that helps people lead healthier happier lives.
We value prior experience with building meaningful CX experience in U.S. Healthcare,and are genuinely interested in problem-solving and driven people above all. In addition to your proven understanding of product management methods and technical curiosity, you’ll utilize your interpersonal skills, both in writing and in person, and collaborate with various teams and external partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building robust roadmaps to drive our product vision forward
- Managing the full product life-cycle from research, discovery, and design through development and launch
- Lead product strategy and execution with cross-functional teams from executives, engineering, product, UX designers, operations, sales, customer success, marketing, external partners, and legal
- Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements and partner closely with the engineering manager, helping to focus priorities and prioritization of an emergent backlog
- Guide market and competitive analysis, strategic and tactical research investments, understand customer goals and alignment to our platform and product vision, leveraging a requirements gathering process, strong customer relationships, data analysis, and strategic thinking
- Partner with Customer Strategy, Growth, and Solutions to be the primary Product Management point of contact for our customers in your domain of ownership
- Ensuring our customers are able to maximize their investment in the League platform
About You:
- Min. of 3 years of Product Management or technology delivery experience
- Must have U.S. Healthcare experience
- Experience working at a platform company, or on the implementation of platforms, is preferred
- Experience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients
- You have experience working in agile methodologies — leading agile release planning and demonstrating an iterative, incremental & value-driven delivery
- Knowledge of Jira, confluence
- Believe in tightening every feedback loop regarding the product (e.g. release often, release early, talk to customers, Minimal Marketable Product, etc.)
- Strong Client Management skills — ensuring requirements are accurately captured, communication is clear, and expectations properly managed
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills

- Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
- Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all US locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$85,700—$128,500 USD
