We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Sales Administration Specialist to support our topdown sales campaigns, lead generation efforts, and outbound campaign administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Sales Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of top-down sales campaigns, ensuring all activities align with business objectives.

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and manage leads through various channels, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Outbound Campaigns: Administer outbound campaigns, including email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach, to generate new business opportunities.

CRM Management: Maintain and update Go High Level CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-todate information.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Client Communication: Coordinate and communicate with clients and prospects, scheduling meetings, and providing necessary information and follow-up. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of sales activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and client acquisition

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the consulting and staffing industry and market trends is a plus but not required (still depends on the overall sales experience).
