As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be working with a talented bunch of marketing, sales and data experts to optimise our global marketing operations. Managing strategic planning, project management, and marketing technology implementation. Drive alignment across teams, ensure data integrity and compliance, and continuously improve processes to support business goals and scale with growth.

As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be:

• Serve as a senior internal stakeholder for marketing operations across the business.
• Lead marketing operational planning, prioritisation, and project management for global OKRs.
• Define and implement frameworks for marketing technology tools and operations.
• Guide and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) processes.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams to enhance analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Liaise with CEP and CRM specialists to ensure technical changes meet scope and requirements.
• Optimise tracking, analytics, and attribution in collaboration with the Growth and Web Development teams.
• Document and improve existing processes, ensuring scalability and compliance with data integrity and privacy standards

What will you bring 

• 6+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Specific demonstrated Salesforce experience at the custom object level
• Demonstrated experience leading an international marketing operations function across multiple regions and product portfolios
• A “marketing scientist” - a highly analytical and data-driven problem solver with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, metrics and the levers that drive go-to-market performance
• Demonstrated experience designing a world class marketing technology stack
• Demonstrated experience of enterprise B2B tools across CRM and Digital Marketing.
• Data stack experience is highly desirable from a marketing data operations and analytics perspective
• Detailed experience of Marketo, Braze is highly desirable
