As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, your role focuses on driving growth and revenue by developing and executing strategic marketing programs that generate leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product marketing teams to create compelling campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI. Using data-driven insights, you'll identify target audiences, implement multi-channel marketing strategies, and measure campaign effectiveness to continuously improve performance and achieve business objectives.
Essential Job Duties:
· Builds multi-channel campaigns and programs at scale to drive brand awareness, increase inbound customer acquisition and engagement, and grow pipeline generation
· Continually assesses demand generation effectiveness across channels and campaigns to provide a detailed analysis and to ensure adjustments are found early and implemented
· Collaborates with the sales team to define target audience segments, messaging strategies, and campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with sales goals and priorities.
· Utilizes marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to build and manage lead nurturing programs, track campaign performance, and measure ROI.
· Conducts market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for demand generation and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
· Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
· Manages and implements promotional catalog initiatives
· Collaborates with content creators, designers, along with internal and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations.
· Develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to drive commercial success, collaborating closely with teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize revenue generation.
· Completes special projects as assigned by the Director or SVP*.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth (SEM, social, email, affiliate, partner, direct mail, out-of-home)
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
· Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
· 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and digital campaigns, with 2 years of experience managing a team
