The opportunity
TechnologyAdvice is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Ad Operations Manager! This person will be responsible for managing the Ad Operations team and supporting all aspects of digital advertising at TechnologyAdvice.
Leading the Ad Operations team provides an exciting and unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. You'll leverage your deep domain knowledge to devise practical strategies that drive our advertising product revenue and digital monetization across our diverse portfolio of websites. In addition, you’ll collaborate with a large, distributed sales and marketing team to create tailored advertising programs and opportunities that will appeal to tech companies of all sizes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of advertising concepts, terminology, and technology, and will be well-versed in the B2B digital media landscape. They will exhibit effective leadership and have an enthusiastic, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a client-oriented setting and will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will foster team growth by providing mentorship, development guidance, and career planning tailored to individual team members.
What you'll do
As the Ad Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is evaluating and optimizing the performance of the Ad Operations team. This entails providing clear guidance, support for day-day problems and challenges, and coaching the team to work thoughtfully, independently and productively. In addition, you will be responsible for our overall digital advertising monetization and support strategy, working with sales, deal desk, product, and engineering for all digital advertising programs and products.
