Position Overview: As an Account Executive focused on New Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing ESPO Corporation as the premier staffing partner throughout the country. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Develop a deep understanding of the staffing needs and challenges faced by potential clients.
Client Engagement:- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Solution Presentation:- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of ESPO's services.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Sales Process Management:- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets:- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Insight:- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in new business development and B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
