Role Overview:
This is a support role in the APAC Marketing Operations team; providing critical hands-on support to the field marketing teams across the APAC region. In this role, you will live in the the salesforce platform to help execute marketing programs within our systems.
This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be expected to execute all aspects of their primary responsibilities. You are a perfectionist and a self-starter, who can collaborate with teammates. You love metrics & data.

Primary Responsibilities:
Data Quality
Ensure compliance with any relevant APAC legislation
Solve the quality issues that affect our business (duplicate records, key info completed on records )
Develop ways/ processes to improve data quality over time. Actively work with Field Mktg teams to build our base towards a full view of the Total Addressable Market. Lead the strategy across the region to grow, complete & maintain our database
Leads Management
Own & understand the lead process, from Web-to-lead form, Leads Object
Lead Assignment rules, Lead Queues
Manage List imports/ Record Updates.
Event Data Management
Support the successful execution and planning for event data management programs across our team.
Improve the speed and quality of data to Sales Dev for follow up to increase pipeline & ACV from every action.
Close down the obstacles to follow up of events through customer and prospect journeys.
Sales Success & growth: Campaigns
Empower the wider marketing team to use the platform & support fast, simple and impactful execution of programs and campaigns across all Industry, Cloud and Event programs.
Running analysis to generate insights and recommendations for campaign managers on campaign performance. eg benchmarking ROI across the region, across different tactics - informing how we spend, plan & execute.
Police the use of campaign records to ensure maximum visibility and tracking of our data-driven success.
Ensure correct use of Campaign Member status, mass update status as & when required.
Ensure Marketing Contributed Pipe is correctly attributed within APAC Opportunities
Analytics
Creating Dashboards & able to provide insight from the information presented.
Creating email marketing audiences using SQL and Marketing Cloud.
Reporting & Dashboards
Your knowledge of our salesforce instance will ensure we correctly report especially across Leads, Campaigns, Contacts, Opportunities, Marketing Projects & Marketing Request objects.
Create dashboards to report in key data
Salesforce Platform
Own the data quality of Marketing Custom Objects (Projects/ Requests/ Targets)
Ensure Project/ Request owners are are kept accountable for keeping their records accurate, & that these database objects continue to enable our project management success
Own/ Manage the Marketing Operations Chatter Group
Salesforce on Salesforce
Exemplify and inspire others to be our own best customer and a model for using the Customer Success Platform to drive marketing success and ACV growth.. Present internally and externally our story and success at every opportunity. Reduce our reliance on 3rd Party tools and be a catalyst to innovation across our own apps, contributing to the ideaexchange and success community as appropriate.
Basic understanding of the marketing cloud platform and able to manage a single send email
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
KPI's include but are not limited by the following within region:
Consistent, timely and quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, analysis and insights;
Key metrics in situ and agreed with all stakeholders;
RoI measures in place for all relevant marketing programs/activities;
360-degree reviews from key stakeholders;
