What will you do?

We are looking for an outstanding and motivated candidate to join our Artificial Intelligence team as an Senior AI-Engineer to support the global effort to scale the company to the next level. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze large and complex unstructured data sets and derive valuable insights.
• Develop and implement data and model pipelines in a production environment .
• Develop new and improve existing machine learning & deep learning models.
• Develop, review, maintain and enhance the code of our distributed and serverless ML infrastructure.
• Develop and implement a ml-architecture suited for real time conversational-ai applications.
• Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle (research, design, experimentation, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance)
• Develop & implement methods and routines for debiasing and quality assurance.

Who are you?

• (Senior) AI-Engineer with knowledge in Prompt Engineering and the application of LLM’s in a production environment.
• M.S. degree and/or PhD in computer science or similar disciplines beneficial.
• Knowledge of software engineering and proven record in writing production-ready code.
• Profound experience working with Python, Langchain, Pydantic, Pandas, NumPy & common libraries for Data Science.
• Experience training and evaluating neural networks in at least one modern deep learning engine such as Tensorflow or PyTorch. 
• Solid understanding of probability theory and statistics and strong analytical skills.
