About Us
House Rx is on a mission to make specialty medications more affordable and accessible for patients suffering from chronic illnesses like cancer and autoimmune disorders. We provide clinics with specialized technology and support from pharmacists and care coordinators to be able to dispense medication directly to their patients, known as medically integrated dispensing (MID). About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting House Rx’s growth strategy. At its core, we are looking for a product marketing leader who can serve as the linchpin for all GTM activities, channeling the voice of the customer and aligning House Rx’s technology enabled services and value propositions with the specific needs of our multi-segment customer base. Your role is to deeply understand not just our capabilities and differentiation points, but also the specific needs and workflows of our customer segments and how House Rx can best support them. Combining market insights with an audience-centric marketing approach, you’ll lead and support strategic GTM initiatives, product feature launches, and sales enablement, directly contributing to the company's growth trajectory. You will ensure that our messaging resonates, our positioning is sharp and differentiated, and our products continue to solve real-world problems for specialty care providers.

Successful candidates will actively demonstrate the capacity to transition between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We’re looking for someone who loves working cross-functionally, obsessing over customers, and taking ownership of their work!

Responsibilities
Audience & industry research: Own necessary audience research to understand evolving needs and workflows of key customer segments, competitors, and industry stakeholders to inform House Rx product positioning, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign planning.
Customer-focused communication: Understand and channel the customer perspective in all GTM activities, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, product and feature launches, and other outbound motions.
Messaging and positioning: Create compelling and differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions and adapt to House Rx’s various audiences — including but not limited to physicians, pharmacy staff, clinic business leaders, payers and manufacturers.
Content creation: Partner with others to generate House Rx product and services awareness, demand, and activation through content creation — including thought leadership, website materials, engaging product demos or training, and other high-value assets.
Product marketing: Own and execute all House Rx product/feature launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and rollouts are effectively planned and executed, and deliver strong awareness for new capabilities added to the House Rx platform and services.
Sales enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to generate & maintain sales enablement content — including presentations, case studies, battle cards, and other assets that highlight our product features, service benefits, and competitive advantages to enable successful selling, revenue generation, and communication with stakeholders.

About You
● 6+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in product marketing, ideally in a tech/startup environment and with experience targeting 1 or more of our customer audiences (healthcare providers, medical practice business leaders, pharmacy staff)
● This position is great for someone who is invigorated about wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment and is willing to help out with growth needs, strategy, and customer-facing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is adaptive and excited to work at a startup.
● The ideal candidate is also a data-driven, ambitious, results-oriented individual who is eager to find new strategies that drive growth.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the company.
● Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and quantitative research into actionable plans and initiatives, differentiated positioning, messaging, or creative campaigns
● Enjoys storytelling and writing compelling copy for various content formats
● Comfortable operating under ambiguity with high agency

Expected Full-Time Base Salary:  $140,000-$160,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
