We are looking to hire a Director of Publishing

The Director of Publishing will be responsible for overseeing the entire publishing lifecycle of our exclusive game titles. This role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, trade marketing initiatives, and the management of product inventory and sales performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) Plans:
    • Create comprehensive GTM strategies for each exclusive game title, covering product offerings, SKU strategy, preorder incentives, street dates, and key milestones.
    • Manage the creation and tracking of Gantt charts to ensure timely execution of publishing timelines.
  • Coordinate GTM Plans with Sales:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on GTM strategies, optimizing product positioning and sales efforts.
    • Track and report on sell-through performance to ensure market demand is met effectively.
  • Manage Sell-Through:
    • Monitor and analyze sell-through data for each title to ensure optimal market performance.
    • Implement adjustments to the sales strategy based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Trade Marketing Management:
    • Oversee trade marketing initiatives, including promotional planning and execution.
    • Work with retail partners and vendors to maximize exposure and engagement for each game title.
  • Lifecycle Management (LCM):
    • Manage and track lifecycle management exposure and spending for all titles, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Oversee the implementation of post-launch strategies, including game updates and re-releases.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory levels for all exclusive titles, ensuring stock availability meets demand forecasts.
    • Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to manage inventory flow.
  • Vendor Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and partners involved in the publishing process.
    • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all parties to deliver successful product launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in video game publishing, product management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing go-to-market strategies and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and adjust sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor.
