Prior experience in application development with C#, Java, or PHP, along with current RPA project-based application development experience, is required.

Job Summary: Our Client recognizes the significance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a driver for enterprise business transformation and regulatory compliance. We are committed to implementing RPA across all lines of business, and we've established the Robotics Capability to support this initiative. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in achieving our RPA Center of Excellence (COE) goals, including business enablement, foundational capabilities, core development of automation bots, coding standards, monitoring, and best practices. You will collaborate with the CIO and Line of Business (LOB) teams to support program delivery for strategic RPA initiatives throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize RPA automations, with a preference for experience in UiPath.
Utilize your 3-4 years of coding experience (prior to RPA) with technologies like .NET or Java, SOAP, and REST services.
Contribute to RPA design, testing, training, and implementation support.
Execute robot testing, identify defects, and validate results.
Analyze system enhancements and automation efficiencies.
Participate in integration activities and support project efforts.
Assist in piloting Business automation tool upgrades and evaluating new automation tools.
Document test results and remedial actions.
Ensure efficient problem analysis and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule delays.
Implement UiPath solutions following best practices.
Create and deploy robots within UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

Requirements:

Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
RPA Modeler/Developer (UiPath Developer Certification required).
Experience in various technologies, including Web Technologies (.NET, J2EE, etc.), desktop applications (Windows, Java), integration technologies, and other platforms.
1-2 years of strong RPA skills in UiPath preferred.
Proficiency in distributed architectures, strong object-oriented background, SOA, web services, and messaging paradigms.
Proficient in enterprise Java technology and Microsoft stack.
Knowledge of instrumenting and monitoring applications, strategic automation frameworks, continuous delivery processes, and SDLC.
Proficiency in profiling and improving application performance, including threading, memory management, and container optimization.
