Singulier is looking for an experienced and motivated technology expert to co-lead Graphite, our Data Transformation unit. Graphite was founded in 2022 as the Data Transformation business of the Singulier group.

Location: Paris (must be in the office 3-4 days per week)

What You’ll Do

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)  

The Technical Delivery Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex data projects and solutions. This role involves strategic planning, managing technical teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.  The profile oversees ensuring the good level of resources to execute delivery and then in charge to update recruitment plans if long term needs and manage freelancers for short term needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align data projects delivery with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

●        Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

●        Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

●        Develop and implement strategies for effective project delivery, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.

●        Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CTO, CDO) to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

●        Ensure all technical solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to industry best practices.

●        Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

●        Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

●        Raise needs to CTO about recruitments, manages a pool of freelancers

●        Oversee the integration of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

●        Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

●        10+ years of experience in data project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

●        Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data projects on time and within budget.

●        Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data tools, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

●        Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.

●        Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

●        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

●        Native French and fluent in English

Highly Recommended Skills and Experience:

●       Large-scale project management experience on high added value projects

●       Excellent skills in Python and SQL

●       Clear vision of projects through a tech perspective
