- Conducts system integration, and functional regression tests to include QA and Quality Automation.

- Experience with retail, sales and service industries business needs and blending them with package-based solutions to meet all the variety of IT needs.
- Experience in requirement gathering and estimating the hours of work based on the requirements from the client and maintaining the quality documents for all the work leveraging best practices throughout the project and test cycle
- Understands and uses testing methodologies and processes
- Experience with authoring and executing test plans and complex test cases and ensures optimal test coverage
- Hands on scripting automation language in Java or similar software, knowledge with Eggplant Test Automation Software is a PLUS
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)Mainframe and ETL testing experience are a PLUS
- Good experience with Python a PLUS
- Good organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

What technologies does the candidate need?- Possess knowledge on Hardware technology and software applications such as TCx 700 POS system, SurePos ACE, TCx Sky Operating System, Self-Checkout Verifone and Ingenico Pin Pads, EMV/Credit/ Debit/WIC/ EBT/ EFT/ Gift Card, Apple Pay Contactless technologies, Loyalty card technologies, Dresser Wayne Fuel Systems Strong experience in Jira and Confluence for test case development/execution and defect tracking. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
Years of experience required:- 10+ years of experience a plus
- 3+ years of Retail / POS Systems testing experience is a MUST (Toshiba IBM 4690 experience preferred)
