Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IFS ERP Implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the related stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success, proactively developing and implementing project strategies to align with business objectives.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables by adhering to established project management standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all project activities are focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
- Identify business opportunities in customers and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive them towards realizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in managing and implementing ERP projects.
- PMP or similar project management certification will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using project management tools to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
