<p> </p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><strong></strong>The Senior Sales Director is responsible for establishing, building and nurturing contact with large sized, named accounts to meet quota and facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.<br><br></p><p>This role is responsible for new business sales delivery for Broadridge’s enterprise services to Asset Management clients/prospects in France.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish, build and maintain contact with Tier 1, 2 and 3 Asset Managers/Alternative</li><li>Managers and Asset Servicers based in France to meet individual quotas and facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.</li><li>Identify prospective new opportunities within the territory via industry events, cold calling, networking, cross-selling, etc.</li><li>Products / Solutions include:</li></ul><p>-Portfolio/Trade Order management technology supporting portfolio managers, traders and investment operations teams at leading asset/alternative asset managers</p><p>-Data Analytic Solutions for Product/Strategy and Distribution teams at Asset Managers to assist in optimizing product management, strategy and sales.</p><p>-Regulatory reporting solutions that help Asset Managers comply with regulations in the UK and EU.</p><p>-Corporate Actions Solutions that optimize Proxy Voting and Securities Class Actions processing for Asset managers and Asset Owners</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support and contribute to the Sales/Account Action Plan.</li><li>Maintain and track a sales pipeline report to monitor new opportunities' sales life cycle.</li><li>Engage in Initial contact and prospect qualification.</li><li>Lead or support, as appropriate, the presenting Broadridge service offering to identified prospects.</li><li>Participate in set-up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings.</li><li>Assist with drafting a formal response to any prospect-generated Request for Proposals.</li><li>Obtaining due diligence documentation from prospective clients</li><li>Collaborate with internal Legal department to agree and sign contracts</li><li>Work with the Conversions team to ensure the successful go-live of new clients.</li><li>Maintain appropriate records of all prospecting and sales activity.</li><li>Conduct frequent trips throughout EMEA for sales meetings and representing</li><li>Broadridge at seminars, trade shows and industry events as appropriate.</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in selling software and/or services to French based Asset Managers</li><li>Existing industry network and track record of big-ticket sales within the Asset Management industry</li><li>Domain knowledge/awareness in buyside workflows regulation and technology across the Front/Middle and Back office</li><li>Gravitas to engage at senior management/C-suite at clients and develop long-term relationships</li><li>Fluency in French and English</li><li>Relevant Financial Services software sales experience</li><li>Experience in working with Asset Managers/Services</li><li>Experience in international markets</li><li>Experience in working across matrix organizations</li><li>Highly commercial, analytical and strategic mindset</li></ul><figure><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/gallery_picture/image_uploads/51fe5c66-be48-4015-a480-0f3415335899/original.png" alt="icons-teamtailor-2022---2-rows.png"></figure> •
