Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of products, as well as managing a team of warehouse staff.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing and optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in warehouse operations and supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. You should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and use warehouse management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking software
• Understanding and practical use of NetSuite
• Understanding of safety and security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
