Production Trainee Forge

• Employee (s) under this classification generally spends the entire day in the press, furnace, die step and conditioning areas.
• Set up, operate, or perform all responsibilities related to the operation of all areas within the Forging Department.
• Duties related to press, furnace, die step, and conditioning areas; set up, operate, and perform all responsibilities related to the operation of the areas.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment with exposure to extreme heat, smoke, etc.

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
