Tester Required Education, Experience, and Skills
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and work experience required
. Proficient with system testing/system analysis and software quality assurance best practices and testing methodologies
. Experience using system testing tools: Visual Studio - Team Foundation Server and Test Manager
. Experience with Test Automation is preferred
. Experience with Indiana Child Care
. Experience with CCDF Subsidy Program
. Experience with Waterfall & Agile methodology
. Experience with writing test plans, creating detailed test cases/user stories with logical steps
. Experience with vetting defects
. Understanding of Business Requirements and Technical Design documentation
. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
. Keen attention to detail
. Strong analytical skills
. Ability to be a team player
. Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks
. Ability to acquire and maintain additional technical skills towards professional development
