• Strategy design for client reference data management for onboarding and further maintenance of clients entity related information.
• Experience with NAICS, SIC codes maintenance and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with writing business requirements and executing such programs.
• Provide training and coaching to the team and ability to design a team required for the execution.
• Experience with bank ops onboarding processes.
• Understanding of banks wholesale banking / corporate clients onboarding processes.
• Experience in the payments area.
• Strong understanding and experience with business intelligence tools, analyzing business insights and data visualization.
• Entity management and resolution.
• Understanding of regulatory guidance / requirements for onboarding / KYC.
• Mindset for client excellency through a strong delivery and product innovation by providing right solutions.

• Bachelor's and / or masters degree in a business, quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence in the onboarding area related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience with change the bank initiatives for the KYC / onboarding area related to client reference data.
• Entity resolution and management understanding of products such as Quantexa would be an asset.

• Onboarding, KYC and overall financial crime space.
• Design and execution of client reference data and business intelligence programs in the onboarding and KYC area.
• Wholesale banking and payments area related knowledge is must.
• This role is a client delivery and practice development by supporting our senior management for solutions development, participating in client meetings / proposal, training team and contributing to the overall growth.
