Description :

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible to Integrate Salesforce ticketing system with the Enterprise JIRA ticketing system.
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation and support of solutions
Responsible to provide solution for customer intake request
Responsible to provide all technical architecture and solution documentation related to web-API
Responsible to develop outbound and inbound process to create or update case records in both Salesforce and Jira
Responsible to Configure inbound and outbound email notification to customer and assigned groups of request
Initiate customer response that triggers closure of request via notification
Responsible to provide technical support and resolve any defects detected by end-users
Assess current two-factor capabilities within Salesforce and determine best solution
Responsible to develop Prototype solution in the salesforce sandbox environment for customer/stakeholders approval
Responsible to Deploy solution to the production environment
Responsible to Document configuration of solution and provide to the customer
Responsible to Develop training document for all users
The Salesforce Developer configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software enhancements to existing proprietary software includes JIRA system
In conjunction with functional users and IT personnel, the Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the application software environment, and is responsible for contributing to application development projects of medium to high complexity.

Qualifications:

Thoroughly understand the Salesforce platform and be able to interact with Business Analysts and business users to translate business requirements into design specifications Develop logic, interfaces, workflows, automations, and security within Salesforce using configuration, APEX and Visualforce pages Integrate external applications with the Salesforce platform using various API technologies Configure and maintain sandbox environments to ensure proper testing and deployment practices are enforced Document changes in a manner that provides clarity to the users and extensibility to the code base in the future Troubleshoot user issues.
Should have prior experience of integrating salesforce with JIRA system ( two way integration)

Requirement/Skillset:

5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer including permissions, configurations, triggers, process builders, workflows, API's, VisualForce, apex coding, custom objects, batch processes
Expert Apex and VisualForce development experience
Lightning Components experience
Experience in Agile development methodology
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
