No recruiting experience? That’s ok; for individuals with the right mindset, this role is a great one for diving into the world of recruiting, and if you can bring the work ethic, we can train you on everything you need to be successful!

A Hibu Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a crucial role in supporting sales hiring and expansion efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards. As the first point of contact, this role is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.

We have a team that includes individuals who have been with us for 6 months up to 35+ years.  We pride ourselves on helping individuals build a career here and not being a short stop in the journey! 

Role Overview:

  • Support sales hiring and expansion by reviewing resumes, identifying talent on LinkedIn, scheduling interviews, and ensuring accurate documentation for all candidates.
  • First point of contact for all candidates; providing a positive experience for their first impression of Hibu.
  • Work daily with a small team to strategize & support 15-20 outside sales managers to ensure hiring targets are met
  • Utilize LinkedIn InMail's and e-mail campaigns to reach out to past and future candidates
  • Post open roles on job boards and social media
  • Participate in regular meetings with TA Partners and hiring managers to go over recruiting strategies for open positions, discuss upcoming needs as well as obtain follow up on recruiting efforts & new hires
  • Take on additional Talent Acquisition or HR projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Canva a plus, but not required
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Friendly, proactive, self-motivated team player
  • Detailed, organized, and adaptable
  • Ability to manage diverse personalities, prioritize workloads, and hold yourself accountable
  • Out of the box thinker willing to try new ideas, challenge the norms, and forward thinking
