As the Business Enablement Lead in the IT Division, you will drive the integration of technology solutions to enhance business performance, and play a pivotal role in the development of ATI’s tech-based product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Improvement or Transformation: Take the lead role as an IT business partner, proactively lead the business process discovery and process mapping in order to identify improvement opportunities
- Product Management: You will use your entrepreneurship mindset and creativity to transform tech-based solutions into product packages that offer appealing value propositions to clients
- Business Analysis & Project Management: You will lead a team of Business Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, users and development teams, to translate requirements into actionable plan, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
- Automation: Lead a team of automation engineers to design, implement and manage automation projects for internal teams and/or external clients. Ensure effective use of automation technologies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and fluency in English
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology
- 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, transformation, technology product development
- Proven track record of leading a team of experts with direct impact to business performance
- Strong knowledge of RPA or other automation technologies
- Basic knowledge of product financials and Go-to-Market strategy
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning would be an advantage
- Experience in the travel industry or travel technology such as GDS/NDC would be a distinct advantage
