Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am to 2:30pm
Essential Functions:
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technician provides service in the quality control, repair, modification and cleaning of, or membrane replacement of, as required for multiple Reverse Osmosis (RO) equipment and associated pretreatment units including media filtration and micro filtration. Completes duties and tasks as directed by Plant Manager and Regeneration Manager.
Maintains and performs preventative maintenance programs and calibration on equipment or instrumentation used during quality control procedures
Delivers external customer satisfaction through on-time preparation; through continuous improvement initiatives and value-added projects that will insure quality of equipment completed while considering cycle times
Maintains records and reports as directed by immediate supervisor to include ISO documentation requirements
Practices good safety procedures to keep self and others injury free
Provides excellent housekeeping practices in RO maintenance area and tool storage area to include timely cleanup of work area after each task is completed
Coordinates with Materials Control to insure proper inventory and ordering of replacement items to minimize downtime of units
Maintains related specialized equipment, Field Technician, and safety kits for shipment to customer locations
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, G.E.D., Home School Certification, or international equivalent to High School Diploma
A minimum of 2 years of experience with operation of water treatment equipment, troubleshooting and repair of water treatment equipment
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness to perform confined space tank entry in through a 14x18 inch man way in small tanks
Must be certified on Forklift within 90 days of employment
Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, and manual dexterity
Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form
If currently a Client employee, you must have been in your current position for at least 12 months and have at least a satisfactory performance rating

Minimum of 1 year of electrical install, repair and maintenance work experience
Electrical Certification
Associate's Degree in Electrical within last 2 years
Minimum of 1 year Plumbing or Mechanical repair maintenance work experience or training
