<p><strong>Reports To:</strong>Retail Sales Head </p><p><strong>Location:</strong>3 (Dodoma, Mbeya &amp; Mwanza)</p><p><strong></strong><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Zonal Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of retail stores within the assigned zone. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining stock accuracy, preventing pilferage, and ensuring high standards of product display and store discipline. The supervisor will also coordinate sales promotions and support the training and development of store staff to enhance overall performance.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Sales Performance &amp; Target Achievement</strong></p><ul> <li>Drive sales across all retail stores within the zone to achieve or exceed targets.</li> <li>Monitor store-wise sales performance and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Support store teams in upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer engagement.</li></ul><p><strong> Retail Store Supervision &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.</li> <li>Ensure adequate staffing levels, proper staff scheduling, and team efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain stock accuracy across stores and prevent pilferage through regular audits.</li> <li>Work closely with store managers to improve customer service standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Stock Management &amp; Pilferage Control</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure stores maintain optimal stock levels of mobile phones and accessories.</li> <li>Monitor stock movement, conduct inventory checks, and prevent loss due to theft or mismanagement.</li> <li>Implement strict control measures to minimize stock discrepancies.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Display &amp; Equipment Maintenance</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure mobile phone display tables are well-maintained, functional, and visually appealing.</li> <li>Conduct routine checks to ensure all display devices and demo units are working properly.</li> <li>Verify that all displayed products have accurate price tags and promotional materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Promotions &amp; Marketing Support</strong></p><ul> <li>Plan and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives across stores.</li> <li>Ensure promotional campaigns are executed effectively to boost footfall and sales.</li> <li>Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Staff Management &amp; Discipline</strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure store staff adhere to company policies, dress codes, and customer service standards.</li> <li>Address disciplinary issues promptly and enforce compliance with workplace regulations.</li> <li>Provide coaching, training, and motivation to sales teams to enhance performance.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail sales supervision and retail operations, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.</li> <li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul> <li>Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail in stock and display management.</li> <li>Proactive and hands-on approach to store supervision.</li></ul><p></p> •
