Work Schedule: Eastern Timezone
Work Set-Up: Three months onsite, then eventually transition to work at home setup
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring network performance and resolving client endpoint, security, and backup issues.
Technical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor RMM system alerts and remediate issues per SLA requirements
- Oversee network performance, capacity and uptime
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve network errors
- Manage and remediate client backup and disaster recover solutions
- Implement bare-metal recovery on systems as needed
- Assist support team with advanced support of network and end user service requests
- Provide after-hours support per scheduled on call rotation
Operational Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Ticketing Quality Assurance through proper ticket documentation
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a NOC support role
- At least 6 years of experience in IT support environment
- Technical experience working for a manage service provider preferred
- Axcient Certified or completion within 3 months of employment
- Required knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft
- ConnectWise
- Huntress
- Intermediate Network Support and Structure
- Nice to have, but not a requirement:
- LastPass
- Effective Communication
- Process Documentation
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong technical diagnostic skills
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changes quickly, and respond with a high sense of urgency
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
- Understanding of technical support tools and techniques used to provide IT services
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- US Client experience is a plus.
