Your Role and Your Team:
As a Sales Support Representative at SKEEPERS, you will be responsible for establishing a constructive relationship with our clients to reduce unpaid invoices and preserve our relationships.
Participation in Improving the Efficiency of the Customer Service Department:
- Ensuring the integrity of information in various tools
- Participation in closing and monitoring reports
- Participation in the implementation and continual optimization of our tools and processes
- Participation in transforming bookings into invoicing/cash-in:
- Setting up and verifying subscriptions in Salesforce
- Controlling and issuing invoices
- Monitoring credit notes and disputes
- Collections
Meeting the Needs of Internal and External Customers:
- Managing daily relationships with clients
- Close relationship with various departments of the company
Requirements
The ideal candidate to join our financial team will be:
- Able to work effectively in a remote team
- Capable of collaborating efficiently with colleagues located in different places
- Actively participating in virtual meetings and collaborative projects
- Organized with strong time and task management skills
- Capable of organizing their workspace productively
- Reliable and professional
- Meeting deadlines and committed to delivering quality work

- Flexible with working hours if necessary
Education and Experience:
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with more than 3 years of experience
- Experienced with software such as Salesforce
- Proficient in Excel, with a good understanding of general accounting principles to navigate numerical data effectively (pivot tables, common functions)
- Detail-oriented and precise by nature
- Good interpersonal skills, curious, and a strong team player
- You are fluent in Spanish, English and French
